前言Introduction:
沒有人不渴望得到神的祝福。詩人在詩篇二十四篇給我們一些蒙神賜福的人的特點，而且用雅各為例子。讓我們來思考雅各的一生中一個重要的轉折點。

Without
question, we all crave for blessing from God. The psalmist suggested
the prerequisites of the blessed people in Psalm 24, with Jacob as an
example. Let us consider a critical chapter in Jacob’s life in
Genesis 32.

I.
雅各的籌劃:
Preparation to meet Esau:

雅各打發人先去見以掃 send
message to Esau v3-5

懼怕，愁煩，初步計劃 fear
and carnal plans v6-8

更多的精心預備 more
carnal preparation v13-21

II.
雅各的祷告:
The prayer of Jacob

順服神的吩咐 obedience
to God’s command v9; Gen 31: 3

謙卑與感恩 humility
and thanksgiving to God’s mercy and faithfulness v10

懇求神的拯救 ask
for deliverance from Esau v11

基於神的應許 based
on God’s promise v12; Gen 28: 14, 15

III.
雅各與神摔跤:
A man wrestled with Jacob

神主動來找雅各 A
man, An angel, God Himself came to Jacob v24, 30

肉體的強勁 the
power of the flesh v24, 25

神奇的觸摸 the
magic touch of God v25, Isa. 6: 7

IV.
雅各的新名與祝福:
A new name and blessing

哭泣懇求，得勝得福 Received
blessing by weeping and seeking favor v26, Hos. 12: 4

從雅各變成以色列 From

一個新人，被神改變的生命 A
new man and new life changed by God v31

結論与应用
Conclusion
and Application:

1.
神救我們乃是要改變我們的生命，并對付我們一些不良的個性。

2.
與神較力得勝的秘訣在於順服神加給我們的改變。

3.
先與上帝建立正確的關係，與人較力都能得勝。

4.
默想并背誦來11:
6 人非有信，就不能得神的喜悅；因為到神面前來的人必須信有神，且信祂賞賜那尋求他的人。
Meditate
on and Memorize Hebrew 11: 6 And without faith it is impossible to
please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he
exists and that he rewards those who earnest seek him.
