STATEMENT OF FAITH 信仰宣告

We believe and teach the truths of the historical fundamental Christian faith. Among these are:

我们相信并教导历代以来基督教信仰的基要真理, 包括：

  1. The Bible is the inerrant written Word of God, the complete revelation to mankind and absolute authority for the life of Christians and ministry of the Church.

圣经是完全无误的神的话语，是对人类的全部启示和教会事工及基督徒生活的绝对权威。

  1. There is one God, Who is infinitely holy and perfect, creator of the universe, existing co-equally and co-eternally in the Persons of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

我们相信独一真神，他完全圣洁无暇，创造宇宙万有，以圣父、圣子、圣灵三个位格平等地同在，从永远到永远。

  1. The Lord Jesus Christ is fully divine and fully human. We believe in his virgin birth, sinless life, earthly miracles, substitutionary death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension into Heaven, and literal second coming.

主耶稣基督既是完全的神也是完全的人。我们相信祂由童女所生，有完全无罪的生命，在地上行各样神迹，在十字架上代赎受死，身体复活，升上高天，及真实的第二次再来。

  1. The Holy Spirit is the Divine Person sent to indwell, guide, empower, and sanctify the believer, to inspire the Holy Scripture, and thus bear witness of and glorify our Lord Jesus Christ.

圣灵是完全的神，祂被差来内住在信主者的心中，赐引导、赐力量，并使之成圣，圣灵默示圣经，见证并荣耀主耶稣基督。

  1. Man was created in God’s own image. By his free choice man sins against God and has no capability of saving himself from eternal separation from God without His grace and salvation.

人是按照神的形象所造。人自己选择犯罪远离神，若不靠神的恩典和救赎，人没有能力将自己从与神永远隔绝的光景中拯救出来。

  1. The Church is the body of Christ, who is head of the church. The church consists of all those who have repented of their sins, received Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior, are redeemed through His blood, and are born again of the Holy Spirit.

教会是基督的身体，基督是教会的头。教会由所有已认罪悔改，被基督的宝血买赎，靠圣灵重生得救, 并接受耶稣基督作个人的主和救主的人所组成。

  1. The local church is a fellowship of born again believers who meet together to worship God, observe the ordinances, preach the gospel, and edify one another. It is God’s divinely appointed organization for the purpose of honoring Him, bringing the gospel message to a lost world, and making disciples of all nations.

各地的教会是一群重生得救者的聚集。他们一同敬拜神，守圣礼，传讲福音，互相建造。教会是神亲自设立的组织，为的是荣耀祂，让失丧的世人听到福音，并使万民作主的门徒。

  1. There are two ordinances observed by local church: believer’s baptism and the Lord’s Supper. These ordinances are testimonials and not saving graces.

地方教会的两项圣礼为：信主者的浸礼和主的晚餐。这两项圣礼是为着见证与纪念，而不是得救的途径。

  1. There will be a resurrection of both the saved and the lost at the end, the former to everlasting life in Heaven, the latter to everlasting punishment in Hell.

在末日，得救者和失丧者都会复活，前者进入天堂有永远的生命，后者进入地狱有永远的刑罚。

STATEMENT OF STANDS 立场宣告

In this current world of post-modernism, amoralism, secularism and pluralism, we hold the following stands regarding church, theology, and society based on biblical teaching:

在当今后现代主义、道德虚无主义、世俗主义和多元主义盛行的世代，我们基于圣经教导持守以下的关乎教会、神学和社会的立场：

  1. We hold that the 66 books of the Bible is God’s complete revelation. There is no revelation outside the Bible. Today there are no apostles and prophets (foretelling and revelational). We are against emphasizing signs, wonders and tongues.

我们相信圣经66卷书是神完备的启示，此外不再有新的启示。今天不再有使徒及先知（预言性、启示性）的职分。我们反对高举神蹟奇事与方言。

  1. On the issue of churches world-wide and especially churches in Mainland China, we believe that churches should hold fast biblical truth, make Christ the only head, and separate church and state. In Mainland China, such churches are called House Churches. We are willing to have personal contact with brothers and sisters who love the Lord and are part of Three-Self churches.

在普世教会特别是当今中国大陆教会的问题上，我们认为教会应坚守圣经真理，以基督为独一元首，坚持政教分离。在中国大陆这样的教会被称作家庭教会。我们也愿在个人层面与三自教会中爱主的弟兄姐妹交通。

  1. We disagree with the so-called prosperity theology which teaches that as a Christian believing in God, the person will for sure be blessed with worldly benefits including wealth, social status, prosperity and health.

我们反对教导基督徒信了主就必能得到属世好处（富足、地位、成功、健康等）的所谓成功神学。

  1. We are against the New Age Movement which includes Mysticism, Occult, Psychic, Feng-shui, Astrology, Fortune-telling, unbiblical Transcendental Meditation, etc. Such movement is bringing much damage to God’s church.

我们抵挡神秘主义、巫术、通灵、风水、星相、算命预言、不合圣经的超然默想等新纪元现象对当今教会的危害。

  1. We emphasize both God’s sovereignty and man’s free will and responsibility. The biblical teaching on this issue is complete and balanced. God prepared salvation freely to everyone in the world because of his love. As human we must receive and believe in order to be saved and born again. Those who resist God’s grace will not receive salvation. God’s election is based on his foreknowledge.

我们强调神的主权，也强调人的自由意志与责任。圣经对此的教导是完整与平衡的。神因祂的大爱为普天下的人预备白白的救恩，人则要接受相信才能得救重生。抗拒神的恩典者无法得着。神的拣选是按照祂的先见而拣选。

  1. Christians’ primary goal is to spread the gospel and save the lost souls. We are also to witness God’s love and justice in the society. Christians should help the poor and weak. We protect the health and wellbeing of family. We are against all kinds of sexual immorality including extramarital affair, premarital sex, homosexuality, polygamy, etc. We protect the sanctity of human life and are against abortion. We are concerned with damage to individual, family and social health and spiritual wellbeing caused by tobacco, alcohol, drugs, gambling, and pornography.

基督徒以传福音、救灵魂为首要目标，也有责任在社会中见证神的慈爱与公义。基督徒有义务帮助贫弱群体。我们维护婚姻与家庭的健康和完整。我们反对各种不道德的性行为，包括婚外恋、未婚同居、同性恋、多夫/多妻等。我们强调生命的神圣，反对堕胎。我们关切烟草、酒精、毒品、赌博、色情等对个人、家庭、及社会健康灵性造成的危害。

  1. We believe and look forward to the Lord’s second coming. We believe the great tribulation at the end days, the Lord’s millennial reign, and the new heaven and new earth.

我们相信并盼望主必快来。我们相信在末日的大灾难、主的千禧年国度、及新天新地。

MEMBERSHIP COVENANT 会员公约

Having received Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and on the profession of our faith, having been baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, we do now in the presence of God, angels, and this assembly, most joyfully enter into covenant with one another as one body of Christ.

我们已接受耶稣基督为我们的主和救主并宣告我们的信仰，我们已奉圣父、圣子、圣灵的名受洗，现在我们在神、天使、会众面前，极欢欣地作为主基督的身体彼此立约。

We engage there, by the aid of the Holy Spirit, to walk together in Christian love: to strive for the advancement of His church, in truth, holiness and spirituality; to sustain its worship, ordinances, discipline and doctrines; to give it a sacred pre-eminence over all institutions of human origin; to contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, the relief of the poor, and the spread of the Gospel throughout all nations.

我们保证，在圣灵引导下，一起在基督的爱中前行：为教会在真理、圣洁、灵性上的成长努力；支持教会的敬拜、圣礼、纪律、教义；把教会摆在任何人所设立的组织之上；乐意定期为教会的事工、贫困者的救助和广传福音于万国中奉献。

We also engage to maintain family and personal study and devotions; to educate our children in the faith; to seek the salvation of our kindred and acquaintances; to walk circumspectly in the world; to be just in our dealings; faithful in our engagements and exemplary in our deportment; to avoid all tattling, backbiting, gossip, and excessive anger; to be zealous in our efforts to advance the Kingdom of our Lord and Savior.

我们保证，保持家庭和个人灵修；在信仰中教导孩童；寻求亲人朋友的救恩；在世界中谨慎行事；在与人交往中保持公正；信守承诺、行为规范；避免一切闲言、中伤、谣言、暴怒；为拓展我们主和救主的国度热心努力。

We further engage to watch over one another in brotherly love; to remember each other in prayer; to aid each other in sickness and distress; to cultivate Christian sympathy in feeling and courtesy in speech; to be slow to take offence, but always ready for reconciliation；and mindful of the rule of our Lord to secure it without delay.

我们且保证在弟兄之爱中彼此守望；在祷告中彼此记念；在疾病困苦中彼此帮助；培养基督徒的同情心和礼貌的言语；不急于辩解，永远乐意和解；记住主的规矩，遵守并不迟延。

We, moreover, engage that when we remove from this place we will, as soon as possible, unite with some other church where we can carry out the spirit of this covenant and the principles of God’s Word.

我们还保证，当我们离开本地，会尽快加入新的教会，以继续本公约精神并神话语的原则。

LEADERSHIP COVENANT 领袖公约

As leaders (Ministers and Deacons) of the Lord Jesus Christ’s church, we promise in front of God and men, that by God’s grace, we will honestly do our best to achieve:

作为主基督耶稣教会的领袖，我们在神和人面前立志，愿靠主恩典，真诚尽力做到：

  1. Be faithful to the Lord, deny myself and carry the cross, in everything honor and glorify the Lord most high.

对主忠诚，舍己背负十架，凡事尊主为大。

  1. Be faithful to God’s complete word, the Bible. Have daily devotional life by scripture reading and prayer to get closer to God. And live out the teaching of biblical truth.

对圣经主全备的话语忠诚，每日灵修读经祷告亲近神，活出圣经的真理和教训。

  1. Be faithful to the church, God’s family and the body of Christ. Be committed to the gatherings of our church and humbly serve, be a leader and role model of the members of the church.

对神的家及主的身体教会忠诚，委身于本教会的各项聚会并谦卑事奉，作众会友的领袖和榜样。

  1. Be faithful to my spouse, build up and manage my family by God’s love and truth.

对自己的配偶忠诚，以主的爱和真理建造管理自己的家庭。

  1. Keep myself from pornography, alcohol, drug, gambling, tobacco and other temptations, set apart to be holy, live an exemplary Christian life inside and outside the church.

远离色情、酒精、毒品、赌博、烟草等一切引诱，分别为圣，在教会内外作基督徒生活的楷模。

  1. Be faithful in tithing, be a good steward of God in attitude and use of money.        在十一奉献上忠心，在对金钱的态度和使用上作神托付的好管家。
  2. Live out God’s love and fruit of the Holy Spirit. Care for the lost souls, lead people to become disciples of Christ, be a model in evangelism for the members of the church.

活出神的大爱与圣灵的果子。关爱失丧灵魂，领人作主门徒，在广传福音上作众会友的模范。

MARRIAGE POLICY  婚姻政策

We consider that wedding services are worship services before God, conducted in His honor according to His Word.  We seek to please Him in these services, both for the joy of worshipping Him in celebration, and in order to be able to ask Him to bless the marriage.

我们相信结婚典礼也是对神的敬拜，要根据神话语的教导并尊崇神。我们要在这样的仪式中讨神喜悦，以寻求敬拜中的喜乐，并得以求神祝福婚姻。

Because God has ordained marriage and defined it as the covenant relationship between a man, a woman, and Himself, VBCCR will only recognize marriages between a biological man and a biological woman. Further, the ministers and staff of VBCCR shall only participate in weddings and solemnize marriages between one man and one woman. Finally, the facilities and property of VBCCR shall only host weddings between one man and one woman.

因为神亲自设立婚姻，并规定婚姻是一男和一女在祂面前的立约，罗城华人胜利浸信会只承认一个生为男人和一个生为女人之间的婚姻。并且，我们教会的牧师传道人只参与主持一男与一女之间的婚姻。最后，我们教会的场地和设施只可以给一男与一女之间的婚姻所使用。
