前言Introduction:
祷告的内容包括：赞美、认罪、感恩、祈求等。这其中最难的，乃是认罪悔改的祷告。教会传统里，诗51篇是诗篇中七篇忏悔诗之一，大概也是最有名的一篇忏悔诗。大卫犯了奸淫、谋杀等罪之后，神差先知拿单去谴责他，他因此作了这首诗，在神面前认罪悔改。The
content of prayer includes: adoration, confession, thanksgiving,
supplication. Among those, the most difficult is confession, or
repentance. Psalm 51 is one of the seven penitential psalms according
to church tradition, and probably the single most well-known. After
King David committed adultery and murder, God sent Prophet Nathan to
rebuke him. David then wrote this psalm in confession and repentance
before God.
