William Cao Chief Analytics Officer, Catalyst Direct

As Chief Analytics Officer at Catalyst Direct, a direct and digital marketing agency in Rochester, William is responsible for providing data and analytics leadership to help clients drive actionable insights from data to solve business problems and take guesswork out of marketing.

Prior to Catalyst Direct, William was SVP, Director of Corporate Intelligence at Associated Bank. He also held management position at BMO Harris Bank, H&R Block, Dell Computer, and Sprint.

Norman C.W. Yung is Chief Marketing Officer, Digital Medical Solutions for Carestream Health, Inc.  He is responsible for global marketing strategy and initiatives that include market research, business analytics, advertising, public relations, global events, integrated in-bound and outbound campaigns, and digital and social marketing.

Prior to Carestream, Yung was Vice President, Global Refractive for Bausch & Lomb, where he oversaw the global refractive business in laser vision correction equipment, consumables and service. He also held management positions in General Electric’s Healthcare IT business and McKinsey & Company.

Yung has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Hulin Wu | Dean’s Professor,  Department of Biostatistics and Computational Biology， University of Rochester

Hulin Wu is dean’s professor of Department of Biostatistics and Computational Biology, University of Rochester.

Prior to University of Rochester, Hulin was Adjunct Lecturer, Department of Biostatistics, Harvard University, and ,Principal Research Scientist, Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation (non-profit), Chestnut Hill.

Hulin got his Ph.D degree from Department of Statistics, Florida State University. Before that he received his B.S. and M.S from National University of Defense Technology, P.R. China.
